Qualified as a nurse in India and considering a professional future in Italy? ELSA offers administrative assistance to organise your documents and follow the steps agreed in your individual contract. Your qualifications and circumstances must be assessed individually.
What the service covers
Preparation and organisation of your documentary file; assistance with the declaration of value where required, qualification recognition and initial registration with the Italian nursing professional register (OPI), within the scope agreed in your contract. Decisions remain with the competent authorities.
This is a paid documentation service, separate from a job application. It does not guarantee employment, a visa, an administrative decision deadline or recognition of your qualification.
Transparent price: €2,800 total
- €1,000 initially, only after reading and accepting your contract and confirming it with an email OTP code.
- €1,800 balance: 12 monthly payments of €150, after both arrival in Italy and the actual start of work. The first instalment is due 30 days after both conditions are met.
- Once the instalment schedule starts, payments continue if employment stops, subject to contractual and statutory rights and remedies.
- Translations, legalisations, consular charges, official fees and other third-party costs are excluded unless expressly included in your contract and must be approved separately.
How to start
- Ask for information or complete your profile with accurate details on the portal.
- Verify your email address; your individual contract contains your details and case number. Read the terms before confirming your agreement with an OTP.
- After acceptance, pay the €1,000 using your individual Stripe checkout or the Finom bank transfer instructions provided in the portal. Include your case number.
- Document uploads become available after receipt of payment is verified. A bank transfer must actually arrive and be confirmed by ELSA.
The initial service period is 12 months from verified receipt of the initial payment. This is the support period, not a guarantee of authority processing times; any extension must be agreed in writing.
